You can set up a new password using our Forgot password link. To find the link, go to the Cartographer web site and click Log In:

Enter your email address as if you were about to log in:

Instead of clicking the Log In button, click the Forgot Password link on the right of the screen:

We’ll send you an email containing a link to reset your password:

Emails normally arrive quickly, but can sometimes take up to 10 minutes. If you don’t receive the email check your spam folder just in case. If you still can’t find it, Contact Us and our support team will help you out!
